After secondary school graduation, Apple attainedBusiness & Technician Education Council National Diploma (FoundationProgramme) in Design that included courses of Fashion Design, Graphic Designand Interior Architecture.In recent years, Apple activelyparticipated in different exhibitions, competitions and activities to promoteinclusive arts to various sectors in society with her great passion. In 2014,she published her picture book “The Smile of Silent Angel”. In 2015, she wonthe First Prize in the Character Design Competition, Painting Competition andPoster Design Competition of the “9th Hong Kong Abilympics” held by The Hong KongCouncil of Social Service. In the same year, she participated in “ARTramShelters” Phase 4 - 3D Painting Exhibition and held her first solo exhibition“See What I said” Solo Exhibition at Citywalk Gallery in Citywalk. In 2019,Apple won the Excellence Award in Art Competition for Social Inclusion, acommunity project organized by ETnet. In the same year, she was sponsored by ChinaConstruction Bank (Asia) and enrolled the Course of Enhanced Illustration –Pencil Pen, Paint and Pixels in University of the Arts London. Soon afterwards,she held a solo exhibition in China Construction (Asia) Art Gallery.
