Return Policy:

The return policy is following the terms and conditions of DNA Store, thank you for patronizing our store. If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, we will provide assistance here. After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are complete and keep the receipt or order email for record. You can return or replace the goods for free WITHIN 7 DAYS after receiving the goods. Please contact our customer service representative before returning the goods. The contact methods are listed at the bottom of this page.

Return the goods WITHIN 7 DAYS after purchased

If you want to exchange with other goods, please check with the store to see if the stock has the goods you want.

Make sure that the goods are brand new and unused, and the packaging is not damaged

With our receipt/electronic receipt

Cautions:

Except that the product with defects or quality problems, once the product and package is incomplete or damaged due to human factors, we will not accept returns or replaces.

Return Procedure:

You can bring the goods that need to be exchanged to our branch. Please inform us by phone, Whatsapp or email in advance, so that we can prepare the replacement goods in advance or make appropriate arrangements.

You can also mail it to our branch in the Hong Kong Science Museum or Hong Kong Space Museum, and the mailing cost will be borne by the customer. We will return the replacement goods, and we will bear the return cost.

Refund:

Sorry, there is no refund for all products. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you purchased, don't worry! You can return or replace the goods for free WITHIN 7 DAYS after purchased.
